Project engagements

Formal project work is governed by a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement. Those documents control scope, fees, timelines, intellectual property, and warranties for delivered software.

Website copy does not create a binding development contract until both parties agree in writing.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, MyCoder Bros retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how. Client-owned deliverables are defined in the signed engagement documents.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyCoder Bros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or reliance on publicly available materials.

For contracted work, liability terms are set out in the applicable commercial agreement.
